Reservations

Summer rentals are exclusively booked through Sunset Cottage, LLC. Please inquire directly regarding rates and availability. Summer reservation details:

• Weekly rate + MA state taxes
• Security deposit (separate check and not cashed unless needed) 
• $200 cleaning fee
• $100 Administrative fee
• 50% deposit due at booking, remaining 50% plus fees/taxes due 30-days prior to check-in
• Venmo, PayPal and checks accepted
• Saturday to Saturday check-ins/outs (no partial weeks)
• 3 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. check-out
• Ask about a multi-week discount

Cancellation Policy: 
Full refund for cancellations up to 90 days before check-in. If canceled less than 90 days up to 30 days before check-in deposit is non-refundable unless the week can be back-filled. No refunds less than 30 days before check-in unless the week can be backfilled. 

Booking for Next Year:
Guests are allowed to put in their vacation week request at the end of their stay with us for the next summer. All rental contracts go out the first of January for the upcoming summer. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. Upon receipt of the summer contract, your rental week will be held for 10 days and then released if the deposit and signed contract are not received.

Non-Summer details:

• Per night rate varies
• 2-3 night minimum stay (depending on month)
• 5-day minimum stay during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s
• Long-term renters are welcome, please inquire as to availability/rates

Cancellation Policy: 
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
